All designs and products on this site are copyrighted by Trendy by Design (Christin Johnson-Peterson), unless otherwise stated. Nothing from this site (including but not limited to HTML code, graphics, design layout, etc.) can be copied. A link to Trendy by Design is placed on all of our designs, and as a condition of purchase, must remain on the site at all times. In order to remove this link, a separate licensing free must be paid to Trendy by Design. Please email us at info@trendybydesign.com for information on our current licensing fees.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds once the product has been approved and sent to the consumer .  This delivery includes uploading of your website to your server, installation of your blog theme, and/or delivery of your digital files for graphic or print design projects.  Purchase of one of our designs entitles you to use it for ONE personal or commercial site or venture. You are purchasing a license to use our design, and copyright is not transferred to you with the purchase of the design. If you would like to use the site for more than 1 site (for example, for your direct sales affiliates) we must be informed of this in advance, and the design is subject to additional fees.

Please note :  You are responsible for all time spent and work done on your project, regardless of status of completion . Please understand that you are not paying for a finished product: you are paying for a service, which is the time spent on your project. All work completed and hours spent are non-refundable for any reason, with no exceptions. Once your web/blog design has been uploaded to your server, or once your graphic or print files have been forwarded to you, you are in possession of the necessary files and documents for your project.

Work Schedule

Please note that we work with more than 1 client at a time. In the interest of serving all of our clients effectively, we do NOT provide daily updates on your project's progress. This enables us to maximize our efforts on your project.

As a small, freelance web design company, we ask for consideration if your project completion is delayed due to illness, injury, death or events beyond our control such as fire, theft, computer failure and Acts of God.  It is our desire to provide our clients with their projects in a timely fashion.  However, please be aware that your project may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please be certain to review our portfolio BEFORE you order your design, in order to get a feel for our design style.  If you have any queries about our service, please be certain to contact us with your concerns prior to ordering our services.
